Croptober Is Here!

There are many reasons to love October. Hoodie weather, spooky movies, and all the pumpkin spice you could ever need. But here at Pakalolo, October is exciting for a different reason. Its Croptober! What’s Croptober?! It’s the moment we’ve been waiting for. It is the time of the year we harvest the beautiful craft cannabis plants that have been soaking up the Southern Oregon sun all summer long.

Although Pakalolo is situated in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Southeast Portland, our farm is nestled in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. All summer, co-owner Justin Riggs has been putting love into the plants so we could have some of the best sun-grown craft cannabis available on our shelves.

Of course we look forward to this every year, but this year is more exciting than ever as we have expanded our production and added new strains to our lineup such as Stardawg and a Blue Dream cross.

While harvest/Croptober is generally in full swing toward the end of the month, some strains finish earlier than others so Crobtober has begun! Light up your favorite strains from last year’s harvest and hang tight as we go to work. Stay tuned Pakalolo enthusiasts!
